WEEK 9 GAME OF THE WEEK

San Diego(7-0) at Minnesota(4-3)

WEEK 9 Vikings_Chargers

The Week 9 Game Of The Week pits the undefeated Chargers against the tough Minnesota Vikings. This game should be closer then it would appear. The Vikings and coach Cemsoma are a tough team and are ranked #2 in total offense. There problem this year has been there scoring Defense which is #28th.

The Chargers are still unbeaten and are all about there running game this year. They have the #2 rushing attack and the 31st ranked passing attack. To go with there solid ground game the Chargers and coach Tyghtwork have the top ranked defense allowing only 12.1 points a game.

If the Vikings can find a way to slow down LT and the Chargers ground attack this game could be interesting.

LINE: Chargers 12 point favorites.
Zbert's Pick: Chargers 31- Vikings 21

RECAP: Packers Win 23-20 Packers Win In a Thriller!!!
WEEK 9 Jennings-thumb

Barnett comes up wth key interception late in the game!!
Within the past few weeks the Packers have controlled there oppnents. This week the tables were turned on the Packers as the Vikings came to town for a NFC North showdown. The packers came into the game with a 6-2 recod and first place in the NFC North while the Vikings came into the game 4-4 and trying to stay within reach of the Packers in the Division. The game start off looking like it was going to be all green bay but the Vikings had other plans. After being down 10-0 in the first quarter, the vikings came storming back. In the second quarter the vikings scored on a 22 yard touchdown pass to Ferguson and then backed it up wiith two Longwell field goals. In the third quarter the Vikings were able to score another touchdown on a 10 yard run by QB T.Jackson. This put them ahead going into the 4th. In the 4th the packes were able to get a field goal to tie it up. After a couple exchanges with the ball the Vikings were able to get into Field Goal range on GB 42 with 1:52 left in the game. Jackson made a huge mistake on 3rd down and thre a int to Barnett of the Packers. This put the Packers in Field Goal range which gave them the victory. The Vikings gave the Packers everything they could handle and the Vikings proved once again that they a force in this league and not to take them lightly. With the win the Packers have a 2 game lead in the NFC North while the Vikings fall 3 games back of the Packers. "There is still alot of football left to play", said the packers coach, "after this weeks performance there is alot of things we need to work on before we even talk about playoffs"
